BRAIIIINSSSSS! BRAIIINSSSS! But seriously folks, while the Walking Dead and Resident Evil insist that zombies are a force to be slaughtered, beneath those shambling corpses and decayed bodies lies very real concerns over safety, security, autonomy, diluted culture, and fears of annihilation. This panel explores how media encounters and presents zombies, from Lovecraft to Dawn of the Dead to Zone One and beyond.
